COMPA understands that our employees are our greatest asset, and we are committed to providing the best opportunities and work environments possible! We continually search for well-qualified applicants in various disciplines and take pride in helping our candidates further their careers.

Resume Submittal Process

All resumes submitted become the property of COMPA Industries, Inc.

  • Applicant should locate the posting they wish to apply to on the Jobs Page, and download their resume along with the application.
  • Recruiters screen all submittals to see if the applicants' experience and capabilities match the position’s minimum requirements.
  • When a qualified applicant is identified, a recruiter will be in contact to discuss the job opportunity.

Resume Submission Tips

COMPA utilizes a database to store resumes and search for applications matching current job offerings.

  • All resumes must be submitted electronically along with the application.
  • Resumes must be submitted as a document or in plain text. Special formatting should not be used.
  • A cover letter is not necessary; however, one may be submitted along with the resume but should be a separate document from the resume.
  • Indicate the job title and/or ID number in the subject line.

What To Expect

  • All resumes are reviewed to determine whether the candidate meets minimum qualifications.
  • We cannot respond to all inquiries due to the high volume of submittals.
  • If your resume is submitted for a position at one of our national laboratory customers’ facilities, please be aware that COMPA is not specifically informed if a candidate is not chosen for interview. In the case a candidate is chosen for an interview, it sometimes can take weeks or even months to receive that request.
  • Please be patient and keep in touch with the recruiters.
  • All offers are contingent upon passing a background check.
  • Many positions require an active DOE or DOD clearance. Please apply for such positions only if you meet the criteria.
  • All COMPA employees are subject to a random drug screen.
